Sharing the joys, the challenges and the secrets to successful breastfeeding!

Breastfeeding a baby is not always easy.  Advice and information are crucial, but sometimes you just need support, understanding and a window into the day-to-day (and night-to-night!) reality of nursing and nurturing your children.  Maybe you have a newborn and never realized that breastfeeding doesn't always come easily.  Maybe you're nursing a two year old but don't feel a lot of support from those around you.  Or maybe you're just finding the whole experience to be overwhelming - in ways both wonderful and challenging. Sometimes just sitting in a group of women who have been there, done that, is all that is needed to help ease your mind.

Our  breastfeeding café is led by experienced professionals, who always have an interesting related topic to keep the conversation flowing – pardon the pun.
